Returns

At PARENZA we support our fabulous women/customers and endeavour to keep each happy and more importantly have you love your purchases/products.

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Laws we do not provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing returns, faults/damage to the garment made by the customer or if you find the product cheaper elsewhere. 

However, if your items are the wrong size we will happily exchange this item to the correct size within 14 days of purchase (this excludes CLEARANCE ITEMS) however the cost of additional shipping is the customers responsibility. Where an exchange of size is not possible you will receive a STORE CREDIT of the same value.

If your item is incorrect or faulty please email us at returns@parenza.com.au along with all relevant information and photos so we can provide you with the correct item/replacement of faulty item to ensure a positive outcome.  However if the item is out of stock or discontinued, we will offer you a refund.

We Do Not offer REFUNDS:
A STORE CREDIT will be issued to allow you to select anything else in the store.  Items that are marked "CLEARANCE ITEMS" cannot be returned unless faulty.

Returns will be the Responsibility of the Customer:
Please note return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.  In an endeavour to keep our products at an affordable price point we cannot offer free shipping on returns. 

RETURN CRITERIA

  • Returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • Garments/Products must be in original condition with ALL the tags attached and NOT WORN. 
  • The merchandise is unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact and free from perfume, makeup, deodorant etc. 
  • You are able to show "proof of purchase"
  • IS NOT A CLEARANCE ITEM.

If your item/s meet the above criteria please send it back with the completed Returns Form. When we receive your item/s, and upon inspection we will issue you with a store credit.

Important: If your return does not meet the criteria, it will be sent back to you at your expense with shipping charges attached and payable by the customer (you).

NEXT STEP

A Store Credit will be issued to you once we receive your returned item.  An email with a Voucher No. will be emailed to you.  

Store Credits are valid for 3 months, and exclude cost of shipping.
