At PARENZA we use Australia Post to deliver your on-line purchases.  We charge a shipping fee of $10 flat rate for Express Post Parcel which is guaranteed from 1- 3 business days or less anywhere in Australia.

We use this method of shipping as it guarantees our customers a prompt, secure and registered way of receiving their purchases using our postal system.

Please note PARENZA is not liable for any parcels that have been supplied with the incorrect shipping details from a customer.  PARENZA is not liable for any missing packages due to Australia Posts part once it leaves our premises.

PARENZA is not responsible for any parcels that have been left unattended after delivery or stolen from premises.
